Person centred counselling helps support you in finding your own answers and understanding to your own unique set of circumstances and experiences. This approach can help clients to learn to accept who they truly are and re-connect with their true selves. The focus is on authenticity, genuineness, compassion, understanding and empathy. Person centred counselling works well as single session therapy as well as regular therapy, which can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly – it really is up to you.
